An IT network outage at the Woodruff Arts Center is impacting some of its ticketing and other operations, but the Alliance Theatre, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and the High Museum of Art all remain open for performances and visits.
According to a statement on the Woodruff website, the outage was caused by a security breach from an unauthorized third party. Investigators, including law enforcement and an outside forensics team, have no evidence that any patron’s personal or financial information was accessed, although their review continues.
Tickets are not available online for any of the Woodruff’s entities. They are available by visiting the Woodruff box office or the High Museum of Art at 1280 Peachtree St. NE or through Ticketmaster (ASO and Alliance tickets only). They also are available via the High Museum’s guest relations line at 404-733-4575 and the Woodruff box office at 404-733-4200.
Patrons with tickets on hold at the box office are asked to arrive early because the process may take longer than usual.
When the breach was discovered, Woodruff officials say they took immediate steps to secure their systems and to increase security. Anyone with information or questions about the outage is asked to call 800-270-9514 from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday–Saturday. Look for updates on the outage HERE.
