Atlanta is the kind of city where you can’t help but trip over artists creating remarkable work. But that’s also the problem. All too often, you have to trip over artists to discover them. Atlanta is a fractured place, divided by too many artificial barriers making it far too hard for audiences to find art and artists they love. And without an audience, the art starves.
For a decade, ArtsATL has confronted that challenge. As other news sources have fallen away, this nonprofit, independent source has been the only place to find comprehensive arts coverage. It’s known for the best arts criticism in the city, but there’s a lot more coming: new content and a new website, launching soon.
We would love to have your help in supporting the arts. If you would like to give a tax-deductible year-end gift or sign up as a monthly supporter, visit artsatl.nationbuilder.com.
