Fundi: The Story of Ella Baker

The Auburn Avenue Research Library in collaboration with artist/activist Charmaine Minniefield — of The New Freedom Project — will host a screening of the documentary, Fundi: The Story of Ella Baker.

While not as well known as famed leaders of the Civil Rights Movement, Ella Baker was the behind-the-scenes force that ensured the success of some of the movement’s most important organizations and events.
